Beginning The Process Is Simple
- Determine what you want to access
- Choose participants
- Choose set of instructions (to explain survey to participants)
- Choose categories (major and minor)
- Choose questions (any number you wish)
EVERYTHING ELSE IS AUTOMATIC!
Question Design
Choose from our data base library of questions, organized by category and sub-category, or work with us to design your own. The question base is catalogued by specific industries, people skills, and behaviors. In the survey, the emphasis on particular major categories is determined by the number of questions within it. Each major category is then broken down by sub-categories. You can have as many categories, sub-categories and questions as you wish.
Training can be provided on site, by Webinar, or Video Disc.
AFTER SURVEY (if desired)
- Training for staff on using ESS.
- Power Points for:
- Introduction of ESS process to staff
- Leaders to present ESS results to staff
- Data interpretation
- On-site facilitation of meetings to present ESS results to staff and organization
- Goal settings (individual or organization) to address low scores or gaps – set goals to raise scores
- Coaching (individual or group) for Senior Leadership and/or Teams to address areas of concern uncovered in ESS
- Team Training to improve select skills, or behaviors (continuous improvement)
- Strategic Planning
