Reports

Each client receives a number of reports for use in analysing the data:

Reports

  • Full Detail – (Scores per question by category and sub-category)
  • Top Ten – (Highest ranking questions and scores)
  • Bottom 10 – (Lowest ranking questions and scores)
  • Gap – (Difference between self-score and aggregate of all respondents)
  • Spread – ( Spread of answers to each question – narrow, medium, wide)
  • Most Important – (Questions that rated most important to participants)
  • Scatter Grams – (one PER MAJOR category, indicating questions in category, high importance, high score, low score, etc.)

Color Coded Questions and Color Ledger

Color coded questions and a color ledger indicate a question that falls on two or more reports.

Analysis of Data

  • With the reports and scatter-grams you receive you can easily analyse the data.
  • We also provide comprehensive data analysis by staff with expertise in organizational development, behavioral analysis, and consumer psychology.
  • If desired the scoring and reports can track ongoing information on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
