She is nationally recognized as a leader in organization design and function, behavioral sciences, consumerism, marketing and sales. She utilizes that knowledge in the design and application of Multi-functional On-line Assessments for businesses, their customers and their employees. Her unique combination of skills aids in her evaluation and precise understanding of businesses and their challenges to stay competitive, as well as what it takes to satisfy today's ever changing consumer. She has also been recognized as a leader and innovator in training programs for companies and their employees and has presented numerous times at the National Organization Development Conference. She is a recognized lecturer and author, having written three books, Just One Of The Guys, Big Business Is Not 'Broad' Minded, and Coulda, Shoulda, Woulda.
